Flat Abs with 5 exercises in 5 minutes


                        FLAT ABS IN 5!

Hey all..!
Flat Abs with skinny cloths look awesome. If you tried many workouts for flat Abs but didn't get much good result then try this one because this will definitely work.

What you have t do is follow the instructions.

  1. Mountain Climbers (do it for 1 minute)
  2. V-Crunch (do it for 1 minute)
  3. Superman Planks (30 seconds for each side and 1 minute for both sides)
  4. Side Plank Crunch (do it for 1 minute )
  5. Windshield Wipers (do it for 1 minute)
NOTE: Do each exercise for 1 minute and start next exercise exact after before. Its quite difficult but this will give you best results. Make sure these 5 exercises should done in 5 minutes.
