Today i will give you the world best workout plan, do it within a month you will see the crystal clear results.
You can do that workout at your home or any place you want, and have no need to pick heavy heavy weights at Gym.You just require a stop watch & exercise mat for that workout.

WORKOUT :

That workout consists of following exercises: 
  • Crunches.(30)
  • Hip Raises. (30)
  • Leg Throw Downs. (60 sec)
  • Plank Hold. (30)
  • Roll Backs. (10)
  • Toe Touch. (20)
  • Inch Worm. (20)
  • Scissors Kick. (20)

DIRECTIONS :


Before starting that workout must warm up your body atleast for 5 mins.Repeat that circuit 3-4 times per day for maximum outcome.
