                      SHOULDER WORKOUT

Hey all..!
Here is shoulder best workout. It looks hard but you can make your best shoulders through this workout. Following are the steps yo have to follow.
  • Alternate dumbbell press
  • Bent over lateral raise
  • Seated military pressed 
  • Behind the neck press
  • Side lateral raise
  • Barbell front raise
  • Low pulley raise 
  • Alternate front raise
You can follow these steps. Steps are clearly explained in above picture.
