Hi Everyone !
Everyone usually focus on his upper body and they had Abs,lean and perfect body shape. But as we moves to the lower body all the attraction gone as they have no shape, whereas lower body reformed easily and early. And without proper curves and shape of legs, body beauty is incomplete.Today i will give you the workout that is specially for leg exercise as well as for Abs too.

REQUIREMENTS :

For that workout you just require stop watch and exercising mate.

EXERCISES :

That sexy leg workout consist of following exercises :
  • Downward-Dog Leg-Lift to Knee Tuck (10 each leg) 
  • Lunge Knee Hops (15 each leg)
  • Roundhouse Squat Kick (15 each leg)
  • Sumo Squat Knee Up (15 each leg)
  • Plank Leg Lift (15 each leg)
  • Tip-Tee Squat (20)
  • Bur pees (15)
  • Pistol Squat (15 each leg)

DIRECTIONS :

Before doing that workout must warm-up your body for 5 mins.In order to get best result repeat that circuit at-least 3 times per day.Within in month you will see the difference, it is not just for legs it will also make your inner core strong,lean and attractive.
