Hi Everyone !
Everybody wants to loss weight as early as possible as it has very bad impression on their personality.Today i will give you a "15 days challenge workout", and after 15 days you will have slim, lean and fit body and about 10 kg of your fat around belly will burn out.That workout will 100% works as i performed it by myself and I lose about 12 kg of weight within a 2 weeks.

EXERCISES :

That workout consists of following exercises :
  • Crisscross (25)
  • Crossover Crunch (15 by each side)
  • Crunch (20)
  • Flutter Kicks (30)
  • Heel Touch (25)

You can do that workout at your home, no need to go Gym.And for that workout you just require exercise mate.

DIRECTIONS :

Before starting that workout must warm-up yourself for 5 mins, and between each exercise rest for 15 sec.Repeat that circuit 3-5 times per day for maximum results.
