8 Minute Flat Abs Workout 



Hi Everyone !
Flat Abs everybody dreams, but not so easily to have them by everyone proper exercise needed for that purpose.Today i am giving you "8 mins FLAT ABS WORKOUT", you will surprised to listen that, no equipment is require for that workout, you can do it at your home too.And with that workout you will have flat Abs within a 3-4 weeks.

EXERCISES:

Flat Abs workout consist of following exercises:
  • Crunches (10)
  • Bicycle Crunches (10)
  • Mountain Climbing (10)
  • Side V-Ups (10 per side)
  • Dynamic Planks (10)
  • Knee Touches (10)
  • Toe Touches (10)
  • Leg Lifts (10)
  • Crunch Claps (10)

DIRECTIONS:

For maximum outputs repeat that circuit at least 3 times per day, between sets rest for  1 min .Must warm-up you body for 5 mins before starting that workout and use Lemonade instead of simple water .
