You can get rid from this pain by stretch exercises. Following are some exercises through which yo can say bye bye to lower back pain. 

HAMSTRING FLOOR STRETCH
Hold for 30 seconds each leg

SPINAL STRETCH
Hold for 20 seconds each knee

KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH
Hold for 20 seconds each leg

THE PIRIFORMIS STRETCH
Hold for 30 seconds each leg

HIP FLEXORS  STRETCH
Stretch for 30 seconds each leg

QUADRICEPS STRETCH LYING DOWN
Hold for 30 seconds each leg

CHILD POSE STRETCH
Stretch for 30 seconds twice

OBLIQUES STRETCH
Hold for 15 seconds each side
