Flat Belly Workout consists of following steps:
  • LUNGES  (25 each leg)
  • LEG LIFTS  (25)
  • PLANK JACKS (30 sec)
  • SQUATS (30)
  • SIT UPS (25)
  • PLANK JACKS (60 sec)

Before doing that workout must warm your body for 10 mins.Do as many rounds as possible in !0 mins then rest for 1 min and then again repeat it.That workout focuses on your legs and inner-core to tone up, shape up and flatten those abs.
