Just in 10 mins you have all you want.I mean full peak fitness level just doing that "The Five-Ten-Fifteen Workout".Within a 2-3 weeks you will clearly see it's charming effects.And amazing thing is that you can do it at any place and at any time you want to do it, you just need is a exercise mat and stop watch.
That "The Five-Ten-Fifteen Workout" consists of following steps :

  • Push ups "5"
  • Crunches "10"
  • S quarts "15"
  • Lunges "5"
  • Reverse Crunches "10"
  • Plank "15 sec"


Remembered before starting that workout warm-up your body for 5 mins.In order to get maximum result repeat that circuit at-least "5" times per day.
